Cai Shen Dian was originally constructed in the 32nd year of Qianlong’s reign (1767 AD), becoming a significant folk religious structure within the Qianshan Taoist temple complex. Initially built as a place for pilgrims to pray for blessings and wealth, it underwent multiple renovations and expansions during the Jiaqing and Guangxu periods, eventually forming its present layout. The hall enshrines three deities of wealth: Zhao Gongming (the Supreme God of Wealth), Guan Shengdi Jun (the Martial God of Wealth), and Fan Li (the Civil God of Wealth), embodying the traditional Chinese philosophy of "balanced virtue and profit, harmony between martial and civil prosperity."

• Architectural Style: Single-eaved hip roof with glazed tiles and blue bricks, three bays wide and two bays deep, with a total height of approximately 9 meters
• Structural Features: Timber frame with raised beams, front eaves supported by columns, intricate dougong brackets beneath the eaves, and finely carved decorations
• Stone Steps in Front of the Hall: Nine steps made of white marble, symbolizing the "Nine-Five Supremacy" and the aspiration for continuous advancement
• Inscribed Stone Stele: A stele titled "Record of the Restoration of Cai Shen Dian," inscribed in the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897 AD), documents the restoration history and lists donors and contributors

• Original fragments of Qing dynasty polychrome murals once housed inside are now partially restored and displayed in side chambers
• Several folk-style plaques such as “Prosperity and Wealth” and “Thriving Business” hang before the altar, mostly donated by modern-day devotees
• On the fifth day of the first lunar month each year—known as "Cai Shen Day"—a grand sacrificial ceremony is held, drawing thousands of visitors and generating intense incense smoke
• As one of Qianshan’s "Ten Scenic Views," it stands as the most representative site of folk worship dedicated to the God of Wealth in Northeast China
