Jinsheng Garden was established in 2013 with investment from Shan'an City Shengcheng Industrial Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive cultural park that integrates historical and cultural heritage, traditional architecture, and modern cultural exhibitions. Although a contemporary new project, its design philosophy is deeply rooted in the traditional Chinese garden culture and the inheritance of family spirit. Named "Jin," it signifies "improving virtues and pursuing achievements, constantly evolving," symbolizing progress and advancement.

🏗️ Architectural Features

The garden is built on a mountain slope, blending the layout of the northern Siheyuan with the charm of the southern Jiangnan gardens. The layout is rigorous and harmonious. The main buildings include the main hall, side rooms, corridor bridges, pavilions, and a stele area. They are constructed with traditional wooden structures, blue bricks, grey tiles, carved beams, and painted rafters. Accompanied by colorful murals and stone inscriptions, they recreate the residential style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The garden features themed spaces such as "Hall of Loyalty and Filial Piety" and "Agriculture and Study Pavilion," reflecting Confucian ethics and the cultural concept of farming and studying as a family tradition.

The garden houses over a hundred folk cultural relics from the Ming and Qing dynasties, including family trees, agricultural tools, plaques, stationery, and local folk artifacts. A special "Wall of Local Sages" is dedicated to inscribing the biographies of local celebrities throughout history, promoting the local humanistic spirit. The steles in the garden are mostly inscribed by contemporary calligraphers, with content covering classics such as the "Book of Filial Piety" and "Zhu Zi's Instructions," combining educational significance with artistic value.

Jinsheng Garden is currently a non-material cultural heritage base in Shan'an City, hosting regular traditional festival activities, family values lectures, and study tours. The garden is open to the public free of charge and supports group reservations for visits.
