By accessing or using UUE ("the Platform"), including its website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
UUE is an AI-powered travel assistant platform that provides users with personalized travel planning, destination exploration, hotel booking facilitation, itinerary management, travel content sharing, and related travel services. The Platform uses artificial intelligence technology to generate travel recommendations and itineraries based on user inputs and preferences.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Services.
The Platform allows users to create, upload, and share content including but not limited to travel blogs, videos, comments, reviews, and trip itineraries ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant UUE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
UUE uses artificial intelligence technology to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of SimpCan Technologies and its licensors. The UUE name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of SimpCan Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, and platforms, including but not limited to hotel booking platforms, map services, and payment processors. UUE does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party services, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimpCan Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court of Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
